By purchasing a service, you agree that:
All information provided in your intake form is accurate and complete
You are physically and medically fit to undertake a fitness programme
You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
Failure to provide accurate information may affect the effectiveness and safety of your plan.
Plans are delivered via email within 3 working days after the intake form has been fully completed and submitted
The intake form is automatically provided after payment“Working days” are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Delays in submitting the intake form will delay delivery
For subscription-based services:
Responses are provided within 24 working hours (Monday–Friday)
Messages sent outside working hours will be responded to on the next working day
Weekly check-ins and adjustments are included as outlined in your selected plan
Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
Results are not guaranteed. Progress depends on individual factors including consistency, adherence, lifestyle, and effort.
Due to the personalised nature of the services:
No refunds will be issued once a plan has been delivered
Refunds are not provided for change of mind
If you experience an issue before delivery, you may contact support for review.
